Mindfulness is a powerful tool for boosting your brain care. It is a good way to replenish your PFC and retain your calm, cool, collected state.


The Aware, Breathe, Choose (ABC) model that you saw in an earlier chapter is one way of achieving a mindful state, but there are other approaches.
